E-PRESCRIBING
- Typically, we e-prescribe all medications to your local and mail order pharmacies.
PRESCRIPTION REFILLS
- Routine Live or Telemedicine visit include chronic medication refills until the next visit.
- Please try NOT to require refills prior to the next routine visit.
PRESCRIPTION PRE-AUTHORIZATIONS
- Prior authorizations (PA) is a health plan cost-control process for some medications. Despite our best efforts, PA's are not always approved by your insurance carrier.
- We will not attempt PA inexpensive medication.
- We recommend Good RX for cost saving coupons.
TESTOSTERONE/ED
- NO testosterone prescriptions—topical or injectable will be pre-authorized, they are routinely denied.
- NO Erectile Dysfunction (ED) prescriptions—topical or injectable will be pre-authorized.
- We do have affordable options to Testosterone and ED medications.
- We recommend Good RX for cost saving coupons.
